KGACLC Litigation Skills IIa

Course Description:

Students who wish to work in the consumer protection or immigration practice areas must have completed Litigation Skills I.  Students wishing to work in the workers rights area must have completed either Litigation Skills I or Workers Rights Interviewing and Advising.  Instructors’ approval required. The first two units are graded.  Up to four additional units of 481b may be taken on a credit/no credit basis. Public Interest and Social Justice Law Certificate course.
