Criminal Procedure: Investigation
Course Description:
Introduction to the procedure for the enforcement of criminal law. Special emphasis on the constitutional rights of the criminal defendant, including right to counsel, search and seizure, self-incrimination, wiretapping and electronic eavesdropping, police interrogation and pre-trial identification, and the use of illegally obtained evidence.
