SUMMER 2021 SPECIAL NOTE:  As you know, the situation for the summer is in flux: both new information and circumstances change rapidly. Thus, ExPro may revisit this policy but until then the following applies for summer 2021 externship registration.  ExPro will only approve those registrations which demonstrate that externship hours can be accomplished remotely. In submitting your ExPro registration, you must confirm that you have discussed this requirement with your supervisor and received approval to work remotely, if necessary. The summer registration form has been amended to include this language. If you cannot receive such approval, please be advised that ExPro will accept registration applications up to and including June 4, 2021. Hopefully, this provides ample time for all externship sponsors to fully understand their needs and their ability to accommodate remote work. And finally, please be advised that, if you or your externship sponsor are unable to meet your hours requirement for any reason and due to mandatory remote work / telecommuting issues, ExPro will not provide any make-up assignments or hours and you will forfeit the units associated with those unmet hours.  If you need any assistance in working with your supervisor or externship sponsor in setting up remote work, please let us know.

Credit/No Credit. Prerequisite: Criminal Law (106). Students must apply and have placement pre-approved. Applications available online at Externship page. Students must also register for and successfully complete the Externship Workshop (706). Permission numbers for both classes will be sent via email by the Externship Program upon approval.
