Santa Clara University School of Law welcomes applications for two tenure-track positions for entry-level assistant professors to begin in the 2020-2021 academic year. Ideal candidates will be creative and committed scholars, exemplary teachers, engaged colleagues, and eager to serve our students and our institution alike. Although our curricular needs are flexible, we will accord priority in consideration to candidates interested in teaching civil procedure, contracts, criminal law, evidence, property, and torts.
