The webinar is part of a four-part webinar series based on the book Innovating Talent Management in Law Firms in which Dean Magliozzi is a contributing author.
In this final webinar of the series Dean Magliozzi and Director Mottershead provided a framework for implementing competency models in law firms and law schools. As well as focusing on stages, steps, and processes for organizational, team, and individual change; and the benefits that can be drawn from the competency development process.
