Ruth Silver Taube, who also is coordinator of the Santa Clara County Wage Theft Coalition, spoke to The Mercury News and East Bay Times about a building contractor in San Jose accused of slave labor, human trafficking and wage theft. She also appeared on NBC Bay Area News and KRON 4 Evening News in support of the workers who were mistreated. She was also quoted in The Mercury News about the verdict in a sexual harassment case against a Santa Clara city councilman.
