Nora Frimann JD ’79 has been appointed as San Jose City Attorney by Mayor Sam Liccardo. Ms. Frimann served on the Santa Clara County Bar Association and received its Professional Attorney of the Year award in 2015. She has also served on federal court committees and is a member of the executive committee of the William A. Ingram Inn of Court. Prior to working for the city of San Jose, Ms. Frimann was one of the first women selected to be a managing shareholder at Hoge Fenton, a prominent San Jose-based law firm. Read more.
