Niall McCarthy JD ’92 received the 2019 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Award from the Daily Journal. McCarthy was honored with the CLAY Award for securing a $102 million settlement with oil company BP, days before a month-long trial in the whistleblower case was set to begin.
