Eric Goldman, professor, associate dean for research, and co-director of the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara Law, published the 13th edition of his Internet Law CasebookInternet Law: Cases & Materials.  Goldman also recently updated his casebook chapter on online contracts, and he published an article, “The Constitutionality of Mandating Editorial Transparency,” in Hastings Law Journal.  A globally respected internet legal scholar whose seminal work has documented the interpretation of Section 230 internet law, Goldman was one of the first to teach internet law as part of the Law School’s curriculum, and his scholarship spans more than 25 years. Goldman has testified in Congress about legislation centered on free speech and the internet and he conducts research on intellectual property and marketing.
