Marsha Levinson JD ’19 has won first place in the 2019 New York State Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Section, and American College of Civil Trial Mediators Law Student Writing Competition for her article, “Mandatory Arbitration: How the Current System Perpetuates Sexual Harassment in the Workplace”, which she wrote for the Santa Clara Law Review. Ms. Levinson will be recognized for her achievement at the New York State Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Section Fall Meeting to be held October 25, 2019, at The New York Law School
