Han N. Le ’05 is the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Atlantis Computing. Prior to joining Atlantis Computing, Ms. Le was an associate at the Venture Law Group at Heller Ehrman LLP and then Cooley LLP, where she represented high technology companies in multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings, venture capital financings, and general corporate and securities matters.
