Eric Goldman is being widely quoted in various press outlets for his commentary in Trump’s executive order on social media, including Bloomberg, where he stated that Trump is trying to unilaterally change section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which was enacted in the mid 1990s and says that “No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider”.
