David Sloss is a winner of the fortieth annual Alpha Sigma Nu Book Awards for his book, The Death of Treaty Supremacy: An Invisible Constitutional Change. This year’s category was Professional Studies, and Professor Sloss’s book won in the category of the law. He is the fifth winner from Santa Clara University since 2012. Alpha Sigma Nu is the honors society of Jesuit colleges and universities.
