Student Bar Association

At Santa Clara Law, the Student Bar Association (SBA) serves as the student government for the law school community. The SBA Executive Board advocates for student interests in collaboration with faculty, administration, alumni, and the broader community. The SBA organizes student events, coordinates communications—including publishing The Grapevine—and supports more than 40 student organizations through budget allocation and community building.

All enrolled Santa Clara Law students are SBA members, and the SBA is affiliated with the American Bar Association Law Student Division (ABA-LSD), which represents approximately 50,000 law students nationwide.
