Sarah Brockmeyer
Director of International Programs

Sarah Brockmeyer is the Director of International Programs at Santa Clara University School of Law. In this role, she oversees the law school’s global initiatives, including the top ranked ABA-approved summer abroad program. She manages international admissions and the LLM programs and provides direction and oversight to the Center for Global Law & Policy (CGLP) which houses international student and scholar programs, international law certificates, and international law events and programming.

Before joining the law school, Sarah served as the Assistant Director of International Students & Scholars at Santa Clara University, where she developed best practices for advising international students and scholars, managed orientations and programming, and trained advisors on complex immigration and regulatory issues.

Before joining Santa Clara University, Sarah worked in immigration law, managing a broad spectrum of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, with specialized expertise in student and exchange visitor visas across multiple law firms.

Sarah has delivered numerous presentations on topics including student immigration, U.S. immigration policy, and immigrant entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys discussing geopolitics, engaging California congressional representatives about immigration policies, gardening and reading. Sarah lives with her cat, Loki, and her spouse.
