Professor Rodriguez teaches Legal Analysis and Advanced Legal Writing: The Bar Exam. She also designs and oversees the curriculum for the 1L Critical Lawyering Skills course.

As a member of the Academic & Bar Success faculty, Professor Rodriguez contributes to the development and delivery of academic support and bar preparation programming. Committed to student success, Professor Rodriguez is available to meet with students at any stage of their legal education. She offers guidance on a wide range of topics, including the transition to law school, effective learning strategies, exam writing, and bar exam preparation.

Professor Rodriguez also serves as a faculty advisor to the Education Law Student Association and Public Interest JD faculty advisor. Prior to joining Santa Clara Law, Professor Rodriguez served as a Senior Attorney at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, where she advocated for children and youth in education law matters. She also held staff attorney positions at California Rural Legal Assistance and Senior Adults Legal Assistance, representing underserved and elderly clients across the Bay Area and Central Coast.
