Andrea Shaheen is Director of Global Legal Talent Development & Inclusion at Stryker, where she leads strategy for legal talent development, training, inclusion, and engagement across the company’s global legal department. She previously held leadership roles at Intel, Cooley, and Wilson Sonsini, as well as in career development at Stanford Law School and Santa Clara Law.
An alumna of Santa Clara University for both her undergraduate and law degrees, Andrea has taught Critical Lawyering Skills since 2020, a required first-year course focused on the professional competencies law students need to succeed in school and in practice. She is dedicated to developing excellent attorneys and building inclusive environments where lawyers at every stage can thrive.
