
Aaron is the Sr. Director of Legal Compliance at Uber Technologies in San Francisco. He leads a team responsible for Uber’s global anti-corruption program, code of conduct, conflicts of interest, internal investigations and compliance merger & acquisition work, including in the autonomous vehicle space.
Aaron is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was a member of the Santa Clara Law Review. After law school, he clerked for SCU alum the Hon. Aurelio Muñoz (retired) in Los Angeles, and then embarked on a civil litigation practice, including most recently at the international law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in San Francisco. He then transitioned to an in-house ethics and compliance role as Associate General Counsel, Compliance at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where he helped the company successfully navigate a Department of Justice investigation and non-prosecution agreement.
