High Tech Law Faculty

One of the key reasons why Santa Clara Law is perennially ranked as one of the best intellectual property law programs in the country is the depth and breadth of experience of our faculty of scholars and practitioners. Many of our intellectual property law professors are in the vanguard in such areas as artificial intelligence and deep machine learning, genetic engineering, biometric identification, autonomous vehicles, and cloning.

Experienced Lecturers in Law are private practitioners, in-house counsel, and judges who offer our students practical knowledge from experts in various areas on intellectual property and technology law. Students have an opportunity to learn from leaders in the Silicon Valley community. Lecturers share their knowledge and get re-energized by working with engaged and inspiring Santa Clara Law students.
