Join us on April 8th, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm at the Locatelli Center at Santa Clara University for “Recent Developments Affecting Litigation in, and Appeals from, the PTAB, ITC, and District Courts,” a program from the Federal Circuit Bar Association and hosted by the High Tech Law Institute.
Santa Clara Law Professor Brian Love kicks off the program with a report card on the PTAB. He is joined by lunch keynote speaker and distinguished Santa Clara Law alumna, Laura Peter, Deputy Director of the USPTO. Other featured speakers include Hon. Raymond Chen, Hon. James Donato, Hon. Kevin Turner, and Hon. Susan Van Keulen.
