Rachel Perez

Rachel Perez joined the Social Security Administration in 2015 and currently works as supervisory attorney adviser.  Prior to joining the Social Security Administration, she worked at a small law firm specializing in False Claims Act cases and plaintiff-side employment class actions.  While at the University of San Francisco School of Law, she served as a judicial extern for Judge Edward M. Chen of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, as a group tutor for a first-year Civil Procedure course, and as managing director of the University of San Francisco Moot Court Program.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
