Nicole S. Adams-Hess, Esq. is a litigation attorney with Adleson, Hess & Kelly, APC, representing policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation under a broad spectrum of personal and commercial insurance policies including general liability, directors and officers, employment practices liability, errors and omissions, umbrella and excess, cyber insurance homeowners, and automobile policies. Ms. Adams-Hess’s practice encompasses all aspects of litigation from drafting motions and trial court pleadings, to resolution through mediation, trial, and appeal. In July 2015, Ms. Adams-Hess, along with her co-counsel, tried a bad faith case to unanimous verdict in the Northern District before the Honorable William H. Alsup. The trial team received a seven-figure bad faith jury verdict against Navigators Specialty Insurance Company for its unreasonable refusal to accept a settlement offer in the underlying action. Ms. Adams-Hess has published articles and spoken on insurance law issues.
