Libby Toub is an Adjunct Law Professor, teaching Tech Licensing and Intellectual Property Law. Since graduating from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005, Libby worked for 15 years as in-house counsel at Apple, IBM, and Capital One. She currently serves as Commercial Counsel at a small law firm. Prior to Libby’s practice as an attorney, she worked for several years as an engineer in the field of semiconductor manufacturing. In addition to her law degree, Libby holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from U.C. Berkeley and a master’s degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
