Heidi Kim

Heidi Kim brings a diverse range of experience as an attorney. She is a member of the Private Defender Panel of San Mateo County, serving as a court-appointed attorney to represent children and parents in the dependency courts.

Heidi has also represented clients in commercial litigation, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret cases. She has litigated matters in industries such as biotechnology, consumer electronics, e-commerce, and healthcare. In addition, Heidi has served as a research attorney for the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara and County of Monterey.

Heidi serves on the San Mateo County Association’s Anti-Racism Task Force. She regularly contributes pro bono services to nonprofit organizations, including Fresh Lifelines for Youth, CORA (Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse), Child Advocates of Silicon Valley, and International Rescue Committee.
