
Christine is a first-chair trial lawyer with experience trying patent cases in popular U.S. patent litigation venues including the Northern District of California, the Eastern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Virginia, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. Christine also has a niche practice of consulting on and litigating the issue of whether a patent is "abstract" and ineligible for patent protection under the Supreme Court's landmark decision Alice Corp. Pty. Ltd. v. CLS Bank Int’l, 134 S. Ct. 2347 (2014). She has been recognized by the ALM California Legal Awards in 2024 as a Women Leader in Tech Law, Intellectual Property; by the Recorder in 2023 as a Woman Leader in Tech; by the Daily Journal in 2023 and 2022 as a Top IP Lawyer; by the Daily Journal in 2021 as a Top Woman Lawyer; and in 2020 by the Recorder as a California Trailblazer.
