Professor Theodore Ko began teaching Critical Lawyering Skills and Advance Legal Writing at Santa Clara Law in 2021 and currently teaches Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law. Prior to joining Santa Clara Law, Professor Ko was a content attorney at Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), developing legal guides and research materials to help attorneys in their practices. He graduated from UC Davis School of Law in 2012 and worked at the Yolo County District Attorney's Office as a deputy district attorney in 2013. Afterwards, Professor Ko worked at Asian Law Alliance in San Jose as an immigration attorney from 2014 to 2019, working on asylum cases and helping immigrants gain legal permanent residency and citizenship.
