The purpose of the seminar is to enable students to consider and discuss a variety of issues relating to the international externship and the competencies lawyers and their clients want and need. Students’ work experience will be critically examined to provide students with insights and concepts for continuing to improve performance as a lawyer. Requirements for the workshop may include assigned readings, journals through which students describe and reflect on the experience, and individual consultations with the professor. Course credit will be awarded only on satisfactory completion of both the international externship and the seminar. Graded Credit/No Credit.
