Santa Clara Law’s Moot Court programs provide hands-on advocacy training, from a first-year internal competition to advanced upper-division appellate advocacy and national competitions. Students brief real-world, hot-button legal issues and argue them in teams before panels of practicing attorneys, legal experts, and judges.
