Sponsored and Supported Travel
In addition to our award winning summer, short term spring break, and semester long study abroad experiences, CGLP also sponsors and supports a number of short term travel opportunities for students, faculty and staff:
We are able to offer limited sponsorship and financial support to students traveling to conferences related to international law. Past examples have included:
- American Society for International Law (ASIL) - which will be hosted at Santa Clara in Fall 2026
- American Branch of the International Law Association (ABILA)
Contact CGLP@scu.edu for more information.
The International Human Rights Clinic (IHRC) provides a unique opportunity for law students to gain first-hand experience working on international human rights litigation, advocacy and policy projects.
SCU Law students compete in two Honors Moot Courts themed around International Law - Clara Barton and Jean-Pictet.
