ABA AI and Robotics Institute Returns to Campus
HTLI was proud to once again host the 7th Annual ABA AI and Robotics National Institute here at Santa Clara Law, presented in partnership with the ABA and the High Tech Law Institute. The event brought together legal professionals, scholars, and industry leaders to explore the rapidly evolving legal issues surrounding artificial intelligence and robotics.
This year’s Institute featured two focused tracks—AI in Practice and Intellectual Property—allowing attendees to tailor their experience to the areas most relevant to their work. The sessions sparked deep discussions on topics such as generative AI, copyright, licensing, risk management, and the ethical use of AI in legal practice.
We were especially excited to see our own Professor Ed Lee among the lineup of expert speakers, sharing his insights on how AI is reshaping the legal landscape. Beyond the panels and presentations, the event offered countless opportunities to network and reconnect. Many new connections were made and we were reminded of the strength and reach of our legal tech community.
Thank you to all who attended, participated, and helped make the event a success. We look forward to welcoming the ABA AI and Robotics Institute back to campus again!
