Two PIJD Students Selected to Represent Santa Clara Law at UCLA Trial Competition

Two PIJD students have been selected by the Trial Team to represent Santa Clara Law at UCLA’s trial competition on November 13.

The Public Interest JD Program is proud to celebrate the two PIJD students selected by the Trial Team to represent Santa Clara Law at UCLA’s upcoming trial competition on November 13.

Selection reflects the students’ preparation, advocacy skills, and dedication to trial work. Competitors are tested on opening statements, witness examinations, objections, and closing arguments in a live courtroom setting. The two students have been working with the Trial Team to prepare, and they will take that training to University of California Los Angeles to compete against law schools from across the region.

Please join us in congratulating them and wishing them the best of luck on November 13!
