Jessica Natbony is the Director of Law Career Development in Santa Clara University School of Law’s Office of Career Management, where she advises students and alumni on career strategy, professional development, and the legal recruiting process and develops programming and employer partnerships designed to connect students with opportunities across the legal profession. Jessica brings a broad perspective to career counseling shaped by experience as a practicing attorney, law firm recruiting and talent management professional, and legal recruiter.

Prior to joining Santa Clara Law, she served as a Regional Recruiting and Personnel Manager at WilmerHale, where she worked closely with firm and practice group leadership on attorney recruiting, development, and workforce planning. Earlier in her career, Jessica worked in legal recruiting and practiced as a litigation associate at Herrick Feinstein LLP in New York, handling complex commercial litigation matters. She also founded Futures Legal Search, a legal recruiting consultancy. Jessica earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in History and English, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
