Hadar Harris to Give the Second Annual Human Rights Lecture at the University of San Francisco

Hadar Harris, Executive Director of the Northern California Innocence Project, will be giving the Second Annual Human Rights Lecture at the University of San Francisco on September 27, 2016. The first lecture was given last year by Retired Canadian Gen. Romeo Dallaire, the head of UN peacekeeping troops during the Rwandan Genocide and a heroic figure who tried all to prevent and end the genocide.
