The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia’s prosecution of Ratko Mladic for war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity began today in The Hague. Videos from and information about the trial are available at the website of the ICTY, which includes a court schedule and a records database. A one-time, free, registration is required for access to more than 150,000 public court documents filed since 1994. Documents may be available in as many as five languages, but English and French are the official working languages of the court. The ICTY also has a YouTube channel where opening statements in the trial are now available.
