Today, the Board of Governors met and voted on the SBA Constitution By-Laws proposed by the SBA Legislative Committee. The revisions have been approved. Read the updated By-Laws here, and review the minutes of the meeting here. To compare, here are the By-Laws pre-2013 revisions.
Those of you who know the SBA Constitution will recall that there is a 72-hour window to challenge any policy proposed by the BoG. See Article V for Petition procedures if you intend to challenge. Otherwise, watch for information on the Association-wide voting on the proposed Constitutional Amendments next month.
