April 2, 2013 High Tech Tuesday with Heidi Keefe, Partner, Cooley, LLP. Ms. Keefe, one of the top patent litigators in the Valley, will be discussing the differences in patent forums. Ms. Keefe represents clients in high-stakes patent trials before juries and judges. A former astrophysicist and registered patent attorney, she easily understands a variety of technical disciplines, from software to medical devices.
