Course Description:

This course surveys the law of the Internet, such as how privacy, contracts, intellectual property, anti-pornography, civil procedure and other legal doctrines apply to Internet businesses and technologies. A technical background is not required.

Class Notes:

Attendance is mandatory at all sessions. Professor tapes each class and posts recordings on I-Tunes University. Approved IP LLM course. Required texts for the course will be listed on the course ClaraNet page as will the assignment for the first class. Grade based on a take-home exam.
