"KGACLC: Immigration Interviewing and Advising Course (Law 469)

This course is a 1-unit couse that does not have a final or a paper.  This course offers law students an opportunity to acquire extensive interviewing skills with real clients about a broad range of immigration law issues.  This class counts toward your skills requirements, and allows you to assist low-income residents of our communities with a variety of immigration legal matters.  Space is limited."

Advance Immigration Law seminar (Law 209)

Are you interested in learning about laws concerning human trafficking in the United States?  Are you interested in meeting some of the key attorneys working with human trafficking in the Bay Area?  Spring 2013, Law 209, Advanced Immigration Law seminar, will focus on laws relating to human trafficking in the United States (immigration, civil, wage and hour claims, and criminal), as well international human rights laws addressing human trafficking.  The Syllabus is posted on Claranet.  If you think you might be interested, please register as soon as possible.  Space is limited.  This is a paper only course, and is a 2-unit graded course.
