Yadhira N. Gutierrez ’07 has joined Hoge Fenton as an associate.
Yadhira has exclusively focused on family law since January 2008 and offers her clients a range of services, from pre-marital and marital agreements to strong advocacy representation when issues cannot be resolved by mutual agreement. Yadhira is often appointed by the Court to act as minor’s counsel, representing children who don’t otherwise have a voice in the family law process. She also is active in the community, working with the Santa Clara County Pro Bono Project and as a Spanish Family Court Services Orientation Instructor for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. In 2014 she was honored by the SCCBA Family Law Section with the Henry B. Collada Memorial Award. This distinction recognizes extraordinary service, contribution and professionalism with a focus on the betterment of families and children involved with Family Court.
