Tyler Ochoa will be speaking on “Are Sports Statistics in the Public Domain?” on a panel on the Public Domain at the Association for Law, Property and Society conference at the University of Georgia School of Law on May 1. This will be the same talk Professor Ochoa gave at Texas A&M University School of Law’s conference on IP and the Modern University Athlete on April 10.
Professor Ochoa will also be speaking on Public Performance Rights in Pre-1972 Sound Recordings at the Los Angeles Copyright Society on May 13.
