Professor Brad Joondeph wrote a follow-up to his recent SCOTUSblog post on Comptroller v. Wynne, which held its oral argument on November 12. The new post analyzes the arguments surrounding the constitutionality of Maryland’s personal income tax law, which allows the state to collect taxes on income earned and sometimes taxed in other states, as well as possible outcome of the case.
