Peter C. Califano ’87 was sworn in as the 123rd President of the Commercial Law League of America for the 2016-2017 term during its National Convention recently held in Chicago, IL. In 2011, Mr. Califano testified in Congress and has since organized the CLLA’s leading effort for bankruptcy venue reform. He has over 29 years in experience in representing parties in all aspects of insolvency-related matters, including bankruptcy and state law insolvency proceedings, litigation and related business transactions.
