Colleen Chien, Associate Professor of Law, presented at the 95th Annual Meeting of the American Law Institute (ALI) in Washington, DC, May 21-23, 2018.  In 2017, Professor Chien was awarded the ALI Early Career Scholars Medal, awarded every two years to up to two outstanding law professors.  She was introduced at the this year’s Meeting by Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar, Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court.

Other speakers at the ALI Annual Meeting included Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of the United States, Hilarie Bass, President, American Bar Association, and Bryan Stevenson, Founder and Executive Director, Equal Justice Initiative.
