2L Brian Pettis, who one of the first two law student interns Airbnb has ever had in Summer 2017, interviewed Airbnb’s General Counsel Rob Chesnut in a fireside chat about the path to becoming inside counsel, and the importance of diversity in hiring. Mr. Chesnut made a powerful case for why diversity at the table produces diversity of thought, and therefore stronger teams and work.
