Big News! Charges Dismissed! LA County DA said that the State would not seek to bring Obie Anthony to trial again and the court dismissed the charges. Obie's 17-year ordeal has ended and he can begin re-building his life.

The report documents judicial findings of misconduct by prosecutors in state and federal courts in 2010. Veritas researchers found 130 findings of misconduct in 102 cases, 26 of which resulted in reversals of convictions,... orders for new trial or the barring of prosecution evidence.
