PC Replacement Program

The PC Replacement (PCR) Program applies to faculty and staff computers.

The University and the School both "refresh" or replace computers -laptops and desktops - on a standard cycle.  This is usually four years, though recently the school has shifted to three years for laptops.  Law Technology works closely with University IT to make sure that any computer models we purchase are the same as the ones they will be offering, and we try our best to keep our purchases in their program, so that the University maintains the responsibility of replacement at the end of each cycle. 

Law Tech conducts our portion of the PCR program internally - we receive the computers from University IT, distribute them to their respective locations, and then return the old machines.  This allows us to provide a tailored level of service to the school.
