Summer 2011 Student Evaluation: Overall Experience 4.7

(Scale of 1-5, 1=poor, 5=excellent)

"Really enjoyed the overall program. Very intensive and I learned a lot in the small amount of time that we had." Natalie H., SCU (2012)

"This was a wonderful program. I was very impressed with the speakers we had—practicing attorneys and judges from the various courts we visited—they were clearly among the best their countries have to offer the legal world. I also appreciated the fact that we got to hear from both the offices of the prosecutor and the defence and learn about the challenges each side faces." Hazella B., SCU (2012)

"Santa Clara's programs at The Hague and Geneva significantly altered the course of my life. The programs gave me the opportunity to network with personnel at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, as a result of which I was offered a semester-long externship at the UN. I was inspired by Santa Clara faculty, who have helped me craft a meaningful career in international law." William Fife III, Florida Coastal University (Summer 2011)

"ICJ, ICTY, and ICC were all amazing. I am still in shock by the access we were able to get to these buildings and courts." Anonymous, SCU (2011)

"I found all of our speakers to be absolutely excellent. Each had a unique perspective and I enjoyed them all. The fact that we were able to hear from the biggest and most top-ranking people at both the ICTY and ICC made this program truly special." Anonymous, SCU (2011)

"I had a great experience. The program was great and informative. Sparked my interest in international criminal law." Anonymous, Cal Western School of Law (2011)
