Honors Moot Court External (HMCE) is currently soliciting applications for its international law moot court teams, sponsored by CGLP! Units earned from participating in these competitions can be applied toward International Law Certificates. Try out for a position on one of these teams:
- The prestigious Jessup Cup public international law competition sponsored by ILSA and the law firm of White & Case
- The Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong: network with commercial arbitration practitioners from around the world
- The Pictet Competition in International Humanitarian Law/Law of War; a unique role-playing competition that is the way to make connections in this area of law

HMCE lets you demonstrate your legal skills, network with practitioners, and learn practice skills in a way you won’t get in any classroom setting! Plus there’s travel! You will represent Santa Clara at these prestigious events and meet students and practitioners from around the country and around the world!
