With a dwindling patent portfolio and reduced budgets, IP lawyers may be struggling to identify and generate a license income, or even maintain current royalty levels. On top of that, tax offices are increasingly looking to impose penalties or double-tax global royalty streams.

This free, CLE credited event will offer practical tips on how to maximize global IP royalty income, minimize tax burdens and reduce the traffic in grey goods that are eating at profit margins.
