March is Women’s History Month in the U.S. and the March 1st edition of the Scout Report from the University of Wisconsin contains more than a dozen links to online women’s history websites. Among these is the Stanford University website on Women’s Legal History, the “home of a searchable database of articles and papers on pioneering women lawyers in the United States.” The Stanford site also includes a plug for Woman Lawyer: The Trials of Clara Foltz (2011), the story of the first woman admitted to the California Bar.
